A father-daughter adventure driven by the ambition to make premium and accessible spirits
URA Spirits is an artisanal and innovative distillery located in Biarritz , facing the Atlantic Ocean.
It is a family adventure led by Olivier, the father, and Laïla, his daughter, who have always shared the same passion for spirits, between tradition and innovation.
Deeply attached to their territory, they combine their love of spirits with their unique connection to Biarritz , the Basque coast and the surrounding mountains, to tell their own story through each tasting.
The word " ura ," which means water in Basque, symbolizes purity and freshness. True to this spirit, the distillery produces premium gins, vodkas, aquavits, liqueurs, and rums.
Thanks to low-temperature vacuum distillation, a rare method that preserves the finesse of aromas, each creation expresses authenticity, balance and elegance.
All stages – distillation, blending, aging of the rums and bottling – are carried out on site, in Biarritz, a guarantee of artisanal know-how and quality controlled from start to finish.
Behind the scenes URA SPIRITS ?
NATURALLY AUTHENTIC
URA Spirits only uses ingredients sourced with meaning (plants, seeds, leaves or fruits purchased from certified organic French farmers or importers), without additives, preservatives, artificial flavors or colors.
We use mineral water from the Montcalm spring in the Pyrenees for alcohol reduction. Our packaging is made near Arcachon from recycled cardboard.
