BIARRITZ MINT
In collaboration with the Biarritz artist BUR. A mint liqueur without coloring, low in sugar and full of freshness! An intense and precise freshness, carried by peppermint. Vegetal and slightly fruity tones, brought by spearmint and field mint. A fresh and lively attack on the palate, with a beautiful balance between the menthol strength and a delicate sweetness. Subtly spicy finish, without heaviness thanks to a controlled sweetness.
Drink it straight, on ice, with sparkling water or even in cocktails...

THE BIARRITZ CAFE
This coffee liqueur reveals a rich and delicious aromatic profile, combining chocolate, fruity notes of grapefruit, and red berries. It is made from Colombia, La Huila, and Finca Buenaire coffees, from the Caturra and Castillo varieties, carefully roasted by Azeria in Biarritz. The unique roasting preserves the coffee's natural liveliness while developing a gourmet roundness that makes it a delicate and balanced liqueur. The label, designed by URA SPIRITS and a collaboration with NILS, a local artist from the Basque Country, fuses the soul of Colombia with the spirit of Biarritz.
Enjoy on ice or as a cocktail in a famous espresso martini for a gourmet and intense experience.

THE BIARRITZ ELDEBERRY
In collaboration with Biarritz-based artist Lola Camus, who created the label's visual universe. A delicate elderflower liqueur — pure, lightly sweetened, and radiantly fresh! Crafted from elderflower blossoms sourced in the South-West of France, freshly harvested then distilled to capture the full finesse and purity of their aromas. An intense and elegant floral nose, immediately evoking fresh elderflower, lychee, rose, and subtle hints of lavender. On the palate, lightly honeyed notes reminiscent of acacia, with a delicate fruitiness, offer a harmonious balance between floral freshness and gentle roundness.
The finish is airy and finely perfumed, with a light and lingering sensation — never heavy, thanks to a perfectly controlled sweetness.
At Ura Spirits, every spirit is crafted drawing inspiration from the world of perfumery, bringing a uniquely sensory approach. Best enjoyed neat between 10°C and 12°C, over ice, lengthened with sparkling water, or in cocktails — including the beloved Hugo Spritz!
