Haize Gin
A gin with lively and luminous aromas: juniper and citrus at the start, quickly joined by the minty freshness of sage. The heart reveals a refined vegetal bouquet – bay leaf, thyme, rosemary, mate and Sencha tea – while the finish rounds out with tonka bean and the subtle sweetness of honey. Ideal neat for its aromatic complexity, it reveals all its vivacity in a gin & tonic, fresh and vibrant, with your feet in the water.

Signature Gin – Mountain Edition in collaboration with Victor and Xavier de Le Rue, iconic figures of world freeriding
The attack is fresh and crystalline, carried by notes of fresh pine and incense, which create a sensation of purity. It evolves towards the enveloping roundness of a soft mountain pine resin, structuring the mid-palate.
The heart then unfolds with a mentholated freshness, reminiscent of eucalyptus, and a slightly lemony note of cardamom. This is prolonged by the gentle floral bitterness of
Genepi, before an elegant and lingering finish, supported by mountain honey, without excessive sweetness. A walk in the mountains, bottled.

The Aquavit Haize
The attack reveals the freshness of lemon zest, the dill reveals a subtle herbaceous touch, and the caraway adds a camphoric edge. The finish stretches on notes of candied lemon and light anise. Enjoy it neat or over ice, it is fully expressed as a gin and tonic revisited with a cucumber tonic. It also pairs wonderfully with gravlax salmon, enhancing it with liveliness and elegance.

Modjo's aged artist gin is back! After 14 months in 2nd fill oloroso sherry casks in our cellar, which adds even more finesse. Ultra-delicious, the brandied cherry, spices, and vanilla subtly enhance and polish the gin. A real Gin & Tonic bomb!
