Rum Style: Ester-rich rum offering notes of flambéed banana, saffron,

and pastry cream, with a slightly petrolled aroma typical of Jamaican

rums. Long fermentation with native yeast enhances complexity and

depth.

URA SPIRITS presents a unique blend crafted in Biarritz. It brings together a high-ester molasses rum – bursting with aromas of flambéed banana, citrus and custard cream – with a lighter molasses rum. The result: a perfectly balanced expression, both ideal for cocktails and delightful to enjoy neat, thanks to its indulgent and warm profile. Two islands, two oceans, one bottle.

RUM GUYANA

Country: Guyana (formerly British Guiana)

Distillery: D.D.L. / Diamond Distillers Limited

Rum Type: Molasses rum

Still: Blend of distillates produced primarily from the Versailles

Single Wooden Pot Still and the Enmore Wooden Coffey Still,

two historic wooden stills preserved by Diamond Distillery and

emblematic of Demerara’s unique rum heritage.

Aging: 5 years of continental aging in our cellar in Biarritz,

France.

Cask: Ex-bourbon American oak.

Rum Style: British-style rum.

Positioned at the entrance of our cellar, this cask is exposed to

oceanic influences and temperature fluctuations, resulting in a

higher angel’s share and enhanced aromatic concentration. The

nose reveals notes of vanilla and coconut, quickly followed by

aromas of cocoa and dried fruits. The palate is rich and silky,

combining gentle spices, candied fruits, and delicate pastry notes

imparted by the American oak.

The influence of the Atlantic Ocean brings a subtle freshness

that balances the rum’s aromatic richness.

Rum style: Traditional Hispanic Ron

Cask: Single Cask (600 bottles) / Madeira cask finish in our cellar

Rum profile: Syrup-based Ron, pure cane juice, indulgent, rich and vanilla-forward. Rounded, with the natural sweetness typical of Rons. Short fermentation. The perfect rum to pair with a cigar.
