Style de rhum: RUM riche en esters qui lui procurent des notes de banane flambée, de safran et crème pâtissière. Un nez légèrement pétrolé typique de la Jamaïque. Fermentation longue en levure indigène.

URA SPIRITS presents a unique blend crafted in Biarritz. It brings together a high-ester molasses rum – bursting with aromas of flambéed banana, citrus and custard cream – with a lighter molasses rum. The result: a perfectly balanced expression, both ideal for cocktails and delightful to enjoy neat, thanks to its indulgent and warm profile. Two islands, two oceans, one bottle.

RUM GUYANA

Country: Guyana (formerly British Guiana) Distillery: DDL / Diamond Distillers Limited
Type of rum: Molasses
Still: Pott still or "VSG" pot still (VSG = Versailles). GreenHeart wooden still from 1800, originally from the "Versailles" distillery, which closed in 1978. Today, the still is at "Diamond," Guyana's only distillery. Aging: 8 years continental. Cask: Single cask / Bourbon, heavy char or high toast.
Rum style: British-style rum. The floral, vanilla, and rancio notes are captivatingly balanced. The superior spirits from a short fermentation bring great depth and complexity. Ideal for the connoisseur of rare products.

No added sugar. 48% ABV, 50cl. Available for pre-order.

The next Guyana are in continental aging in

different casks: Bourbon, Oloroso, Pedro and Madeira.

The aging process has been taking place in our cellar in Biarritz since September.

Still: Vacuum column still, low temperature
Ageing: 10 years tropical, 1 year continental

Rum style: Traditional Hispanic Ron

Cask: Single Cask (600 bottles) / Madeira cask finish in our cellar

Rum profile: Syrup-based Ron, pure cane juice, indulgent, rich and vanilla-forward. Rounded, with the natural sweetness typical of Rons. Short fermentation. The perfect rum to pair with a cigar.
