PROTECTION OF MINORS

ORDERS, CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS

In accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay a penalty.

Returns must be made in their original condition and complete. In this case, you are liable. Any damage to the product may void your right of withdrawal.

SASU URA SPIRITS reserves the right not to record a payment, and not to confirm an order for any reason whatsoever, and more particularly in the event of a stock shortage.

Please note: as soon as you physically take possession of the ordered products, the risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to you. If the package is damaged, please refuse it.

Products are delivered to the delivery address indicated within seven days in France and 15 days in Europe.
